Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to have your account, or specific data in it, deleted from the app published on Google Play as Taboo: Anlamlı İlişkiler Bulun (also referred to as ForbiddenFlirt), package name com.taboo.date. It is the same app; the two names are used in different places.

Delete your whole account

Send an email to privacy@elenchia.online with the subject Delete my account.

Send it from the email address on your account — that is how we confirm the request is really yours.

Step by step:

Open your email app and start a new message.
Send it to privacy@elenchia.online.
Write Delete my account as the subject.
In the message, write the email address you sign in with. If you signed up with a phone number instead, write that number.
Send it from the address on your account, so we can verify it is you.

We confirm the request by replying to that address. Once confirmed, the account is deleted within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Deletion is permanent. Your matches, messages and photos cannot be restored afterwards, and signing up again gives you an empty new account.

Delete only some of your data

You do not have to delete your account to have data removed. Write to the same address, privacy@elenchia.online, with the subject Delete my data, and say what you want removed — for example your photos, your stored location, your phone number, or your message history. We act on the request and confirm when it is done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

When we delete your account, the following is removed from our systems:

Your profile: name, date of birth, gender, photos and profile answers.
Your email address, your password record, and your phone number if you gave one.
Your stored latitude and longitude, and the country, region and city derived from them.
Your messages, likes, passes and matches.
Your device and notification tokens, so notifications stop.
Your Firebase authentication record, so the sign-in no longer exists.

What is kept, and for how long

Backups — up to 30 days. Our backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are fully cycled within 30 days. Your data disappears from them as they cycle; it is not used for anything in the meantime.
Safety and abuse records — as long as needed. If someone reported you, or you reported someone, we keep the evidence needed to handle that report and to stop a banned account from simply signing up again.
Purchase records — as required by law. If you bought a subscription or an in-app item, the transaction record is held by Google Play and by our billing provider RevenueCat, and tax and accounting law requires it to be kept. Deleting your account does not delete it and does not cancel an active subscription.

Cancel your subscription first. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us, and deleting your account does not stop the billing. Cancel it in the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

Google Play'de Taboo: Anlamlı İlişkiler Bulun adıyla yayınlanan uygulamadaki (com.taboo.date) hesabınızın silinmesini istemek için, privacy@elenchia.online adresine hesabımı sil konulu bir e-posta gönderin. E-postayı hesabınızdaki adresten göndermeniz gerekir; kimlik doğrulamayı böyle yapıyoruz.

Hesabınızı silmeden yalnızca belirli verilerinizin (fotoğraflarınız, konum bilginiz, telefon numaranız, mesaj geçmişiniz) silinmesini de aynı adresten isteyebilirsiniz.

Silinenler: profiliniz, fotoğraflarınız, e-posta adresiniz, parola kaydınız, telefon numaranız, konum bilginiz, mesajlarınız, beğenileriniz ve eşleşmeleriniz, bildirim kayıtlarınız ve Firebase oturum açma kaydınız.

Saklananlar: yedekler en fazla 30 gün içinde tamamen döner; güvenlik ve kötüye kullanım şikâyetlerine ait kayıtlar gerektiği sürece; satın alma kayıtları ise yasal saklama süresi boyunca Google Play ve RevenueCat tarafından tutulur. İşlem en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır ve geri alınamaz.

Aboneliğinizi önce iptal edin. Abonelik ücretini Google Play tahsil ediyor; hesabınızı silmek aboneliği durdurmaz. Play Store uygulamasında Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edebilirsiniz.

If you cannot email us

If the address on your account no longer works, write to support@elenchia.online from any address and tell us the name on the profile and roughly when you signed up. We will ask for something only the account holder would know before deleting anything.
