Community Guidelines

These rules apply to your profile, your photos and every message you send. They exist so that people can use the app without being harassed, deceived or put at risk.

Be yourself

Use your own name and your own recent photos. No impersonating another person, no photos of someone else, no profiles for a pet, a brand or a fictional character. One account per person.

18 and over, always

ForbiddenFlirt is strictly for adults. Do not use the app if you are under 18, and do not post photos of minors — including your own children.

Keep it non-explicit

No nudity, no sexual acts, no sexually explicit content in profiles or in photos. Do not send unsolicited sexual images or messages — if the other person has not invited it, do not send it.

Treat people decently

Not allowed:

• Harassment, threats, intimidation or stalking.
• Hate speech or slurs targeting race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• Sharing someone's private information or private images without their consent — including screenshots of your conversations.
• Encouraging self-harm or suicide.
• Glorifying violence or violent extremism.

"No" is a complete answer. If someone stops replying, that is their decision. Do not create a new account to reach someone who blocked you.

No scams, no selling

Not allowed:

• Asking other users for money, gifts or financial help, for any reason.
• Investment, crypto or "opportunity" pitches.
• Advertising, promoting a business, or recruiting followers to another platform.
• Prostitution, escort services or human trafficking of any kind.
• Selling or advertising drugs, weapons or other illegal goods.
• Spam, bulk identical messages, or automated accounts.
• Phishing links or links to malware.

Do not break the law

Anything illegal where you are is not allowed here either.

What happens if you break these rules

Depending on what happened, we may remove the content, limit what your account can do, suspend it, or ban it permanently. Serious cases — anything involving minors, credible threats of violence, or trafficking — are permanent bans on the first offence and are reported to the authorities where appropriate.

Banned accounts do not receive refunds for unused subscription time or virtual items.

If you believe we got it wrong, write to support@elenchia.online and tell us why. A person will look at it again.

Reporting

Every profile and every chat has Block and Report. Reporting is confidential. Please report rather than engage — it is faster, and it protects the next person too.
